Sunshine House

Sunshine House is a community drop-in and resource centre focusing on harm reduction and social inclusion. We work to provide programming that fulfills people’s social, community, and recreational needs. Participants can come as they are, and are not expected to be “clean” or sober.

We exist to provide moments of connection that create hope, support recovery and save lives.

Talk4Healing

We offer 24/7 help, support and resources for Indigenous women, by Indigenous women, all across Ontario.

Therapist Aid

The Therapist Aid team has compiled a packet of resources related to stress, anxiety, and self-care that mental health professionals will find helpful during these times of uncertainty. This packet includes worksheets, videos, and audio to help clients manage symptoms of anxiety and improve well-being.

Togetherall

Togetherall believes no one should be excluded from instant access to mental health support from real people when they need it.

Trans Lifeline

Trans Lifeline provides trans peer support for our community that’s been divested from police since day one. We’re run by and for trans people.

Tsow-Tun Le Lum Society

Tsow-Tun Le Lum will deliver culturally based mental health and addictions services to our people in a safe manner, in the journey towards balance—to find pride in culture, strength in community, inspiration from healthy role models, hope for the future, and ultimately a life free from the abuse of alcohol and drugs.

Wahbung Abinoonjiiag

Wahbung Abinoonjiiag is a domestic violence prevention, crisis and healing centre, established in 1994 to empower children and their families to end the cycle of violence.

Wellness Together Canada was created in response to a rise in mental health and substance use concerns since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wood’s Homes is a mental health centre. We provide treatment and support for children, youth, adults and families with mental health needs.
