Liang House



Laing House is a non-profit that is dedicated to empowering young people living with mental illness by providing well-rounded support in young people’s wellness plans, which leads to better outcomes. We offer quality, non-clinical, people-centered mental health support for youth ages 16 - 29.

Confidential mental health and substance use counselling, peer support and employment services for young Albertans.

Mental Health Helpline

The Alberta Health Services Mental Health Help Line is a 24 hour, 7 day a week, 365 days a year, confidential service that provides support, information and referrals to Albertans experiencing mental health concerns.

Mental health promotion and addictions prevention involves actions to create living conditions and environments that support positive mental health and allow people to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles.

Métis Crisis Line

The BC Métis Federation (BCMF) is a non-profit association that works with Métis communities to ensure the well being of BCMF members.

NWT Help Line

The NWT Help Line offers free support to residents of the Northwest Territories, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is 100% free and confidential. The NWT Help Line also has an option for follow-up calls.

National Overdose Response Service

We are here 24/7 * 365 to help with substance addiction. We have live peers available to spot and help keep you safe!
