A true win-win for everyone
Funding for Schools is a fundraising program that raises additional funding for our public schools across Canada. Memberships to the site are sold with 50-90% of the membership fee (the percentage increases the longer a school district has been participating in the program) going back to the school or Province of your choice. If you don't have a preference, you can apply your donation to an annual scholarship fund where we help students with their cost to continue their education beyond the public school system.
Periodically, School Districts will receive a cheque from us for the total funds raised for each school in their district. At the same time, Principals from each participating school within the district are sent a statement informing them of the amount of money raised for their school. It's that simple.
While donating to help fund issues around mental health and special needs within our public schools is a great cause on it's own, members who donate receive something in return too. You're membership with Funding for Schools comes with access to great deals and discounts provided by our brand partners. Brand partners are carefully selected to ensure they provide products or services that everyday families might use.
